The Manifesto is a blog/network project by Phil Harrison, a writer/filmmaker from Belfast, Northern Ireland, exploring culture and politics on the new left, and trying to figure out some practical ways of committing to a fairer, fuller society. The whole idea is for this to be a collaborative journey, and there’s no prescription for how this should work – if you have any ideas, suggestions, plans, whatever, join in and get involved.
